This page publicly documents how consent is collected for the
Regen Accountability Alerts SMS program, whose opt-in takes place inside the
Regen iOS app (behind sign-in) and over SMS. Program operated by
Johan A Sardar, doing business as Regen App.
Consent is double opt-in. The app user attests they have
their partner's permission (step 1), and the partner themselves must reply YES to a single
invitation text before any further message is ever sent (step 2). No reply means no further
messages, ever. Consent is never a condition of purchasing or using Regen.

Send invite
Step 1 — In-app nomination. The consent checkbox is
unchecked by default and the user must manually enter the number and explicitly tap
"Send invite" (the button stays disabled until the box is checked). Declining does not
limit any app feature.

Step 2 — SMS double opt-in. The partner receives one
invitation message. Enrollment happens only on a YES reply, which is stored with a
timestamp as the record of consent. With no reply, nothing further is ever sent. STOP
opts out immediately at any time.
