Regen is a private recovery companion. Privacy is the core of the product, not an afterthought. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and the control you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the app, and we never sell your data or use it to advertise to you.
Regen ("we", "us") provides the Regen iOS application. Regen is operated by Johan A Sardar, doing business as Regen App (sole proprietor, United States). For any privacy question, contact us at support@regenapp.us.

If you invite an accountability partner, we use the phone number you provide solely to send your partner the invitation and, only after they reply YES to opt in, the accountability messages described in our SMS Program Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Partners can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or emailing support@regenapp.us. Your journal entries and optional synced profile photo are encrypted. You can remove the photo from Settings → Account at any time. You can also lock the entire app behind Face ID / Touch ID from Settings. Notifications are written to never reveal what the app is for.
We use your data only to: run the app and its features, authenticate you, manage your subscription, fix crashes, and understand aggregate feature usage so we can improve Regen. We do not use your recovery data to make any medical, diagnostic, or outcome claim — Regen is a self-reported wellness and habit-tracking tool, not a medical device.
Your data is stored on our servers and with the processors listed above for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed (see below).
Regen is rated 17+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
