These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Regen iOS application ("Regen", "the app"). By downloading or using Regen you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Regen is a self-reported wellness and habit-tracking tool to support people reducing or quitting pornography use. Regen is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It does not promise any specific result or timeline. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. If you are in crisis or need medical help, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Regen. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
Regen requires an auto-renewing subscription to access its features. The following apply to all subscriptions, purchased through your Apple App Store account:
Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Refund requests are managed by Apple, not Regen.
You agree not to misuse the app, including: attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its servers; using it to violate any law; or reselling or redistributing access.
You own the content you create in Regen (such as journal entries and reasons). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you so the app can function. We do not claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
Regen offers an optional accountability partner feature: you may invite a trusted person, with their permission, to receive text message updates about your progress. The invited partner is enrolled only after replying YES to a single invitation text (double opt-in); without a YES reply no further messages are sent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Partners can reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help, or contact support@regenapp.us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Regen. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Regen is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regen and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update the app or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, noticed in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings.
