Program name: Regen Accountability Alerts. The program is operated by Johan A Sardar, doing business as Regen App (sole proprietor, United States), the operator of the Regen iOS application and this website.

What this program is

Regen lets a user of the Regen app invite a trusted friend or family member to be their accountability partner. If the invited partner agrees, Regen sends that partner occasional text messages about the user they support, such as check-in reminders, progress updates, and streak milestones.

How consent works (double opt-in)

  1. A Regen app user, after confirming they have their partner's permission, enters the partner's phone number in the Regen iOS app and explicitly taps to send an invitation.
  2. The partner receives a single invitation text asking them to reply YES to accept.
  3. Only if the partner replies YES are they enrolled. If they do not reply, no further messages are ever sent. Replying STOP at any time opts them out immediately.

The in-app consent flow is documented publicly at regenapp.us/sms-opt-in. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing or using Regen.
